Our kitchen brigade prepares top culinary modern French dishes with a Mediterranean touch, under the inspired guidance of Executive Chef and SVH-Master chef, Alain Alders. The well-established top restaurant De Vrienden van Jacob has gained one Michelin star and is often blessed with rave reviews in leading culinary trade journals. The restaurant can welcome up to 40 guests at one time and is located in the former summer living room and conservatory of the country estate of Jacob Theodoor Cremer, which he ordered to be built between 1907 and 1909 to receive his family and friends. Country Estate Duin & Kruidberg is located in the countryside of Zuid-Kennemerland, an oasis of peace in the busy urban agglomeration of Western Holland’s ‘Randstad’.
