Lekker eten, mooi uitzicht, de verwarming stond niet heel hoog dus t was best koud, jammer dat er extra kaartje gekocht moest worden om helemaal naar boven te mogen in Euromast

27 aug op mijn verjaardag, dacht ik bij de Euromast te gaan eten met mijn kinderen en een kennis. Bij binnenkomst in het restaurant stonden wij in de rij en werden de mensen voor ons naar de tafel geleid, wij waren aan de beurt en die zekere meneer vroeg wat wij kwamen doen en wat wij nodig hadden. Ik antwoorde meneer wij willen ook een tafel!! Waar ik nog benadrukte, meneer zonder reservering en kaart komen we hier niet binnen, hij had een slappe lach!!
We leven in 2023 en nog steeds wordt je als buitenlander raar aan gekeken als je ergen binnen kom, waar ze gewend zijn alleen waarschijn blanken te ontvangen?

Wij stonden te wachten om af te rekenen, maar niemand keek ons aan, dus dacht ik mischien moeten wij beneden afrekenen, dus gingen we eerst naar de Euroscoop.

Ze belde naar de receptie dat wij weg waren, dus gegeten en niet betaald!!
Na de Euroscoop kwam wij beneden en vroegen waar wij konden afrekenen. Wij gingen terug naar boven om bij het restaurant af te rekenen.

Bij de receptie riep die mevrouw, jullie hebben niet betaald! waar ik mijn bon liet zien.

Ik wil het hier netjes houden met mijn woorden, maar mij niet meer gezien en hoop dat iemand die het zelfde ervaart bij binnenkomst bij geledenheden, waar ze denken, jij kan dit niet betalen eerst goed na denkt voordat die bij jullie naar binnen stappen of een boeking maken.

We vinden het erg vervelend dat u dit anders heeft ervaren en hadden dit graag met u besproken maar krijgen u telefonisch niet te pakken. 1. Do I need to pay upfront?

No, for most restaurants you don't have to pay upfront when you make a reservation.
Some restaurants only accept reservations with a small down payment, this is clearly indicated when making a reservation.

2. I want to cancel my reservation but I do not have my confirmation email. What can I do?

If you have lost the confirmation, please email to [email protected] with your reservation details.

3. How can I write a review?

Once you have made your reservation, you will automatically receive an e-mail with an invitation to share your gastronomic experience with the restaurant in a review. Click on 'leave a review' in the e-mail and here you can write a review about the restaurant you have visited.

4. Where can I use my Restaurant Dinercheque of € 20?

That's no problem! You can make changes by using the 'change' link in your confirmation mail or login into your account.

During Dining with the Stars, you can enjoy a fantastic luxury dinner at the best 160 restaurants in Belgium, starting from just €54.40 per person. Dining with the Stars is organized twice a year, in summer and in winter.

7. Is cancelling free of charge?

Yes, you can always cancel free of charge.

If you have paid a deposit, you can cancel up to 24 hours before your reservation. Your deposit will then be automatically refunded to your account. Please note that if you cancel less than 24 hours in advance, the restaurant will keep your deposit to cover the cost of the table. We are independent of this, any problems caused by this must be resolved in communication with the restaurant.
