Ons bezoek aan restaurant In de Oude Watermolen viel helaas erg tegen. De bediening was ronduit slecht. Onbeschoft, onprofessioneel en niet netjes. De bediening lag te stuntelen en maakte fout op fout. Daarnaast was de manier waarop zij het eten uitdeelde en presenteerden erg onprofessioneel. Toen een van onze gasten zijn bord niet had leeg gegeten en daar naar werd gevraagd, kregen we een onbeschoft antwoord. Verder waren er personeelsleden die net voor het uitserveren van het eten nog gerookt hadden en daarom een onsmakelijke lucht met zich meebrachten.

Het eten was oké, maar voor een prijs als dit mag je meer verwachten. Bovendien was het hoofdgerecht extreem gezouten.

Jammer van de avond en helaas geen aanrader.

"Schöner Abend"

Es war eine sehr angenehme Atmosphäre, stilvolle Einrichtung, äußerst bequeme Stühle, sehr freundliches Personal. Der Hauptgang war allerdings lauwarm.

"Gutes Restaurant in Vaals"

Wir haben einen sehr schönen Abend in den ouden Watermolen verbracht. Das Essen war sehr gut und der Service aufmerksam und freundlich. Wir kommen bestimmt noch einmal wieder.

"uitstekende service en geweldig eten"

Een zeer geslaagde avond, omdat wij met vader van 92 jaar daar zijn gaan eten, het eten was voortreffelijk, alleen jammer dat het menu slechst uit één menu bestond, op verzoek kon je wel kiezen voor vis. Jammer dat het niet op de kaart stond. Maar alles was bespreekbaar. Zelfs voor vader werd een aangepast menu same...
